Independent CRM, AI, and operational consulting

We support clients with project management, business analysis, process improvement, CRM readiness, workflow automation planning, UAT/QA coordination, and Salesforce ecosystem advisory services.

2–4 Months

Certification goals

Planned certification focus includes Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist. As RootLogic grows, we plan to scale certifications team-wide to strengthen delivery capability and governance maturity.

2–6 Months

Scale with growth

Target growth plan: 10–30 full-time employees supporting consulting delivery, managed services, QA/UAT, project operations, and client success functions.

6–12 Months

Expanded delivery capacity
